Our quality management system (QMS) ensures that our service is never compromised. Accurate document control, recording of communications, measurement and analysis of data allows us to continually improve the service to our clients.

With our customer relationship management system, we can record every enquiry, request and service completion. This keeps our customer services and sales team on top of any situation, giving our clients a better service and quicker response times.

UKAS ISO 14001

Being a company that promotes recycling led waste management; we like to back up our advice with our very own commitment to environmental performance with our environmental management system (EMS). Initially to make us a greener business that recycles and has fuel-efficient vehicles, through this standard we have identified environmental risks that helps us reduce the risk of pollution incidents and other releases to the environment.

Ultimately we aim to be a more environmental conscious business by consuming less water, energy and natural resources at our facility and emitting less by lowering vehicle emissions, having fewer releases to water, land and air from our daily operations.  We also encourage re-use of waste products and recycle within our business.

UKAS OHSAS 18001

By the very nature of the business waste management can have many health & safety risks. Training is key to our company maintain a flawless record for Accident and Incidents and this can be fortified with Occupational Health and Safety Accredited System (OHSAS).

By carrying out risk assessments on all aspects both on and off-site and COSHH assessments we can identify the areas that have greater risk and that may need attention. Through continual training of our staff, personal protective clothing and well-maintained vehicles and equipment; Select and their clients can have peace-of-mind that our services are carried out in the safest possible way, minimising risk to staff, clients or the public.
