compliant transportation

If you are moving hazardous waste by road, you need to consider whether it may be subject to requirements for the transport of dangerous goods.

Transport is subject to separate legislation from the waste regulations.

Dangerous goods are classified according to what kind of risk(s) they pose: ADR, the main document determining how dangerous goods should be carried by road, has a section on the criteria for deciding what kind of danger – if any – a substance or article presents.
